I'm so excited for you to start your face yoga journey!

A few years ago I was in my mid-late 40's & in the throes of perimenopause, fast approaching menopause.

I suddenly noticed changes in my appearance. My skin looked dull, lines on my face were becoming more pronounced, alongside this I wasn't sleeping well, often having anxious feelings at night.

I didn't feel like myself & my overall confidence suffered.

All this led me to research what I could do to naturally improve my skin... My goal wasn't to look 20 again I just wanted the Glow back in my skin.


I discovered face yoga and its changed my life.

I joined a face yoga workshop and I was hooked. My skin felt amazing after this one workshop and my mind felt calm and I felt relaxed. I then began incorporating face yoga into my daily routine and it wasn't long before I started to see long term results. I am now obsessed! My face looks and feels amazing.

Face yoga has been a positive addition to my life, I am delighted with the results. My face looks softer and more relaxed, tension has released from my forehead and jaw. My skin feels firmer. I feel more present, relaxed and calm. My skin glows and I sleep better. I feel more confident and have a greater feeling of well-being from my regular practice.

How does face yoga work?

Face yoga has 5 key elements, face exercise, face massage, facial acupressure, face relaxation & well-being. Once you start to incorporate all these elements into your life you will truly see the benefits. -`♡´-

How does face yoga affect my skin?

All the exercises work the 3 layers of the skin. By working all 3 layers correctly blood circulation is increased, allowing nourishment to reach the cells of the skin. This results in a clearer healthier complexion with a beautiful glow. The techniques help to stimulate collagen and elastin in the middle layer of skin giving a smoother more supple, tighter looking skin.-`♡´-

How often should I practice face yoga?

You will notice an improvement in your complexion after this workshop. Your muscles should feel like they've had a good workout. You should see less tension in your face and your skin will have a rosy glow from increased circulation. Consistency is the key to getting the best results from face yoga. You only need to practice a few exercises once a day for as long as you can spare. You won't regret it.-`♡´-

How long does it take to see results?

Results from practicing face yoga vary from person to person. Most people see a result straight away. Your muscles will feel like they've had a good workout. You will have a more relaxed appearance and a more glowing and vibrant complexion. Everyone is different, different faces, ages, lifestyles and skin types, so the time it takes to see an improvement varies. As a general rule you should see longer improvements after 2 weeks. Within 6 months you should look and feel rejuvenated, happier, healthier and more relaxed within yourself.-`♡´-

What product should I use when practicing face yoga?

I recommend using a nourishing plant based face oil or serum for face massage. It is important you get plenty of slip and glide from your product while massaging your face. Your face needs to be well lubricated. reapply regularly throughout your practice. -`♡´-

Can I practice face yoga after invasive procedures?

If you have had surgery of any kind on your face or neck, please check with your doctor before proceeding with face yoga. Generally the techniques are safe for those who have had cosmetic surgery but there will be a time period to heal before starting. Please consult with your doctor for clearance to begin.

If you have had Fillers or Botox please check with your practitioner or doctor for how long you have to wait before exercising or massaging your face. Once you have clearance to proceed, you may find the treated area restricts movement while practicing a few of the techniques. -`♡´-
